Your health is the most precious thing you have. If you don’t take care of your body, it won’t take care of you. Also, the reverse is true. When you take care of your body, you will have more energy, you will feel better, you will be able to do the things you want to do without getting worn out. You’ll be able to have more fun, do things with your kids, have more clarity of thought, focus better, and you’ll be happier when all of those things are going on in your life. That’s why this is called, nothing tastes as good as skinny looks and feels.

You see, it doesn’t matter how many likes on Facebook you have, how many friends you have, how much money or success you have, because if you don’t have your health, none of that matters. Just look at Steve Jobs and you’ll know what I’m talking about. He was worth billions, but he did not have a healthy liver and all the money in the world could not save his life. And while he was sick, he could not enjoy all of his wealth.

So if you are starting to think about changing your life through diet and exercise, then consider adopting that mindset that nothing tastes as good as skinny looks and feels. And think about your primary motivation. Why are you exercising in the first place? Why are you losing weight? What are the reasons you’re interested in getting healthy? Those are the questions you need to answer because the answers to them are the real reasons and what will keep you motivated to change your life. When you get control of your mind, nothing will get in your way. One way to do that is to adopt the belief that nothing tastes as good as skinny looks and feels.
