Changing Negative Situations Into Positive Ones

Sometimes things go wrong. Sometimes things don’t happen the way you want them to. Sometimes people do crappy things. Sometimes people take advantage of you. Sometimes life isn’t fair. The question is, what can you do about it so that it doesn’t affect your life in a negative way? Well here is a transformational tip that you can use and start changing negative situations into positive ones.

It is a four-word phrase. The phrase is, So What, Now What. This is how you use it. When a negative situation happens, say the phrase to yourself. Acknowledge that what happened, happened. In other words, so what. Then, ask yourself, “Now what am I going to do about this to affect the outcome positively?” Also, ask yourself, “Who am I going to be as a result of this”? By acknowledging that it happened and then asking yourself those questions, you put yourself in charge and in control of your emotions, your thoughts and your life. Also, it means you’re taking total responsibility for whatever is happening in your life and when you do that, you’re in much better shape all the way around.

So, the real gift in this tool is that no one can bother you ever again unless you allow them to. That’s ultimate freedom. That’s personal power when you don’t give it away to other people. Ultimately, it is you who has the say in what you’re thinking and feeling and the actions you take. So if you let people bug you, your life will be full of stress. If you don’t, your life will be full of joy.

This transformational tip will give you all the power to turn a negative situation around and so you will not be a victim, but rather a victor and you can easily start changing negative situations into positive ones.
