We live in a world where we are constantly in a hurry. We want instant gratification. We want it all and we want it now. We have become human doers, not human beings. We push and push and push. Our candle is contantly burning at both ends. And that leaves us burnt out. What this video’s message is about is just relax and be OK with it.
So, if this is happening to you, then find some time to stop, relax and chill out. It is critically important. In fact, the more you relax, the more productive you could become. When you relax, ideas, insights, and guided messages come to you. You recharge yourself and rejuvenate your spirit. I can’t stress this enough. You must relax and not feel guilty about it.
So if you have been going non-stop, do yourself the favor and take a break, then take another one and another. In fact, make it a part of your daily routine. You’ll be very glad you did.
If you’re still driven to go and go and go and go, ask yourself why? What’s the driving force behind what you’re doing? What’s the worst thing that will happen to you if you take a break? The truth is that nothing bad is going to happen if you take a break. No one is going to judge you. No one is going to think less of you. And even if they did, who cares. It’s not important. They are not paying your bills. So just relax and be OK with it. Live in the present. Enjoy right now. Forget all the things that you “should” be doing. If you’re tired, take a break and you’ll move forward, faster. You’ll be glad you did.
