The value of exercise is tremendous in many ways, some of them may surprise you. In addition to losing weight or getting in shape, when you look better and have more energy, you start to feel better and better and better.
But you don’t just feel better about your appearance, you feel better about you, as a person. Your attitude improves. Your outlook on life improves. You start to do things you’ve let slide. You start to take action you haven’t taken. You get energized and excited about what’s ahead of you and you become eager to take it on.
So if you’ve been thinking about exercising, stop thinking and start doing. Just take 5 minutes and do something physical. You can march in place. It doesn’t have to be strenuous. Just do something. And do it tomorrow and the next day and the next day and so on and so on. No one is judging you. You don’t even have to tell anyone what you’re doing, so there’s nothing to fear.
